While this may not be a traditional Christmas song I just love what she says when Howard said he thought that Shirley Temple was living inside of her. I dare you to watch this and not smile…ear to ear.

On the last video, be sure and listen to the two videos at the end (at about 4 minutes) of the music video for the Behind the Scenes look at how a 1,000 people came together to make this video with the Piano Guys. Also listen to the Share the Gift Video - I know you will be glad you did.

Thank you for taking the time to share the 12 days of Christmas. You certainly have a way with words and helping us visualize what Christmas means to you. it took me back as well.
I know this is a late post, after Christmas, so I'll just wish everyone a wonderful New Year. Looking forward to the reunion this summer!
After my friend David Feibelman (Class of 70) received his new transplanted heart, the only transplant recipient I know, this commercial took on an all-new meaning. We are all rejoicing for you David.
Just try to watch this TV commercial without crying… but then again I have already confessed what a crybaby I have become.
You dog owners know that dogs can sense things that we can't. This four-legged friend just knows his master’s heart in in this lucky lady. She knows that this dog is special, a semi-good ending to a sad situation.
Thanks Vic for all that you do for the Class 1971. Had a great time at the 45th Reunion. The food and entertainment was fantastic. Looking forward for the BIG 50.
Thank you Victor Beaty and the Reunion Committee. We had a great time and the food was quite yummy. The mac n cheese and tender ribs and chicken...real comfort food! AND, it seems that we are getting less shy about mingling. HA HA HA, we can't afford to be shy anymore. We're 63 Years OLD!!! Looking forward to 50th. FIFTY? Can you believe we're approaching that milestone? Let's pray that we're all there in 5. AMEN?
Vic, although I wasn't there, I appreciate all the work that you and everyone working with you on the reunion did. I know the work behind the scenes is crazy and a bit stressful. I appreciate being included in this group even though I didn't graduate Central. I only went to school here for 4-5-6 grades, but every day that I live here (since 1985), I find more and more "classmates" and it always makes me smile to know that we're friends now and could have been friends then.. Ingrid, I'm sorry I didn't get to see you - you are definitely one friend that I remember very fondly from Lawnwood Elem. I'm glad it was a success and I'll make it a point to come to the 50th. :-)
Just sitting here looking at the "In Memory" list. Seems like a lot of the class didn't make it out alive. Thought we were imortal but apparently not. Many stories about the kids on that list, some can and some can't be told. Football heros, beauty queens who got plain, plain girls who became beauties, nerds, friends, not friends, some I didn't even know. I remember smoking pot & drinking beer accross the street from Dan McCarty with a few, fighting with a few, surfing and fishing with a few, smelling the tear gas at Central, and being happy to head off to AFEES in Miami to join the military.
Was back a few years ago when my folks died and when I headed back to NC, thought that may be the last time in Ft. Pierce (or even Florida).
Well, enough rumination. Guess I will head down to the local brewery for a cold one to raise for all of you guys, living and dead.
I WISH SOME ONE STILL IN POSESSION OF A YEARBOOK WOULD STICK PICTURES OF THE "KIDS" YOU ARE REFERENCING! Some of you may have changed a little since I last saw you.
Happy Birthday, Eileen Stoner! Wishing you love & laughter, good health and new adventures throughout your 71st year. I'm right behind you my friend. ((Hugs)) 🎉⚘💗Kathleen
